The personal data sent by you is saved and processed solely for the administration of this event, organized by the Max Planck Institute for Demographic Research.
Fields marked with an * are mandatory fields that are required for the registration process. If you do not provide these details, you cannot take part in the meeting. The legal basis for processing is Article 6, para. 1, lit b GDPR.
- Data recipients and categories of data recipients
Your personal data will only be passed on to the members of the organizational committee, IT and administrative departments at Max Planck Institute for Demographic Research, Rostock. A transfer to the European Parliament will be made just for the purpose of allowing access to their building.

The data will be stored ten years after the end of the conference.
